The farm has nine trout dams and three bass dams stocked from an on-site hatchery. Rainbow and brown trout run from about 1 kg to 3 kg in winter. Bass reach about 2 kg in summer. Jetties and open banks suit fly anglers of all levels. Float tubing is allowed. Guided fishing and rod hire are available on request. Catch and release applies.
Fancy Free sits in a valley between Belfast and Waterval Boven, about two and a half hours from Johannesburg. Four self-catering log cabins sleep from four to ten guests. Invicta and Marabou each sleep four. Matuka sleeps six to ten. Wooly Bugger is a larger unit on the property. Each cabin has en-suite bathrooms, a lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, and an outdoor boma. Guests can fish the farm dams, swim in the pool, walk the farm, watch birds, or ride mountain bikes. A jungle gym and picnic spot near a waterfall suit families.
