St Ives has two bass dams on the farm. Fishing is for lodge guests only. Experience some of the best bass fishing in KwaZulu-Natal at our exclusive dams. Guests have access to two well-stocked dams, home to trophy-sized bass up to 6.6kg. Ideal for both beginners and experienced anglers.
St Ives is on the R103 near Lions River, about 20 minutes from Pietermaritzburg and an hour from Durban. Lodge rooms range from standard doubles to family units. Rooms are room-only. Breakfast is served on site from Wednesday to Sunday. Each room has a tea station, bar fridge, microwave, and basic crockery. The estate has a swimming pool, kids zipline, playground, nature trails, and a restaurant deck overlooking the dam. Weddings and conferences use separate function spaces.
