The camp is on Rivierstraat in Christiana. Turn off Voortrekker Street at the bridge and follow Rivier Street north to the river. Grass stands line the bank with braai stands and power points. Shared ablutions have hot showers. Pets are welcome. Day visitors can use braai areas and the swimming pool. There is a kids play area and a putt-putt course. Row boats and canoes are available to hire. The river is known for calm ski water and boat launching. Camping is about R450 for up to four people per day. Extra guests above four are about R112.50 each. Cars are about R30 per day. Day visitor, pool, and boat fees also apply. Confirm the price with the venue before you book.
