Carp Haven is a private specimen carp syndicate north of Bronkhorstspruit on the Highveld. Members fish two lakes with named swims, ablutions, and a hot shower on site.
The fishing
The bottom lake has seven swims, including the sheltered Kliphouse peg. The top lake adds three swims on one syndicate membership. Carp run from about 6 kg to lake records near 19 kg. Specimen tackle rules apply. Catch-and-release is expected. Tackle inspection is required before your first session.

Staying at Carp Haven
Carp Haven runs as a members-only syndicate, not open day tickets. You book a swim for a weekday block or a weekend block. Anglers camp beside their swim. Toilets and a hot shower are on the property. Membership is required before you book. Daily session fees and weekend packages apply on top of the annual membership. Guest fees apply when someone joins your session. Annual membership is about R3 000. Weekday sessions are about R200 per angler per day. A full weekend block is about R400 per angler.
