Fishing at Rondegat Guest Farm - Hilltop Pool Cottage
The farm is next to Clanwilliam Dam. The dam is used for fishing and watersports. Bring your own rods. Boats launch at no extra charge from a sandy shore. You drive your vehicle a little into the water. There is no slipway. Two canoes are free for guests. Water levels are low in late summer. Ask the farm if a boat can launch before you travel.

Hilltop Pool Cottage has a splash pool on the lawn and lovely views of Clanwilliam Dam. It is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children under 12. The main bedroom has a double bed and an aircon. The second bedroom has 2 child-only beds. The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin, and a toilet. The kitchen has a fridge, a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The living room has an aircon for hot summers and a space to unwind. The braai is on a covered patio with views.

KEY DEPOSIT: Pay a refundable key/ breakage deposit on arrival. The deposit is R400 for 2-bedroom units and R500 for 3-bedroom units. No groups, parties, or noise. NO CREDIT CARDS BEDDING is provided. Towels are not provided -Towels only provide in the Hilltop cottages. STAY duration: A weekend stay is at least 2 nights. A December holiday stay is 5 to 7 nights. GRAVEL RD: The last 14 km is a gravel road accessible by all vehicle types. Ask about the road condition before you book, if unsure. PET Policy: One pet, by appointment only. Only one group/ cottage (first one to book) gets to bring a pet for the stay. The units are not fenced and pets must be under owner supervision at all times. LATE CHECK IN: Kindly make arrangements with us should you not able to arrive before 19:00. DAY VISITORS not allowed.
