Klipkopjes Dam is an irrigation dam on the White River near White River town. The Department of Water and Sanitation owns the dam. It was completed in 1960. The reservoir covers about 234 ha. This is a public dam fishing area, not a private resort. Day visitors pay at the gate. Picnic spots and braai rings sit on the grassy banks. Bring your own tackle, food, and shade.
