The fishing

The dam holds carp, bass, barbel and kurper. Carp fishing has a strong record here, with trophy fish regularly landed. Bass and barbel also show up in good sizes. Bank anglers use the non-electrified stands and open shoreline. Boats may use the high-activity zone. A no-wake zone covers about half the dam and needs a permit from the office. Confirm the zone rules with the venue before you launch.
